Roubini analyzing Kazakhstan Economic Diversification

"In the case of Kazakhstan, I would like to say that there are six key issues and aspects that will allow you to diversify the economy. Firstly, you need to invest in human capital, the so-called physical capital - a knowledge infrastructure. You need to raise its level, if you have a large amount of resources, that's just fine, but you need to redirect the investment and other resources. It is necessary to operate a good balance between the private and the public sector. Anyway, it is necessary to move away from state capitalism in the direction of the more common diversified economy,” -- reports
